We all had breakfast. Jonah's grandma fed him.

Grace United Methodist Church
The whole family went to church at Grace where Mom had been a member for over 70 years.

Back to the house
After church, we went back to the family home. Bill Tuthill came to the house.

Visitation at the funeral home
We then went to the funeral home where friends and relatives came by to pay their respects. Outside the mood was different as Kearny was having its annual Halloween Parade. We thought that was appropriate as we had won the trophy in that parade a half century earlier for the most original costumes. Those costumes, of course, were ones that Mom had designed.
